For a Digitally Enhanced Study of Medieval Livonia (c. 1200-1550)
The Digital Livonia project offers a new web platform for the study of medieval Livonia’s history (c. 1200–1550). This project combines traditional methods of historical research with digital humanities tools and techniques to develop extensive prosopographic and other databases, curate new online collections of primary sources and foster innovative scholarship on the cultural, spatial, social and economic history of medieval Livonia.
